No – Hops offers flexible, rolling monthly plans. You're free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

What’s included in the monthly price?

All plans include access to the Hops platform, updates, and standard support. Depending on your plan, you may also get access to specific modules (e.g., Inventory, Finance), advanced features, and integrations.

Is onboarding included?

Yes. We include onboarding as part of your setup to make sure your team is confident from day one. For larger teams or multi-site groups, we offer tailored onboarding packages.

Are there any setup fees?

Setup fees vary based on the modules, plan, and scale of your operations.We offer both remote and in-person onboarding options to suit your needs, and any fees will be clearly outlined upfront.

Can I change my modules, plans and integrations later?

Absolutely. Hops is designed to grow with you. You can notify us of any changes, and we’ll adjust your package accordingly.

Do you offer discounts for groups or multiple sites?
