Founder POV: One of the things I’m most proud of about Hops is the team we’ve built.

One of the things I’m most proud of about Hops is the team we’ve built.

And a big part of that has been bringing on former customers to join us.

Folks who’ve run their own sites, closed out GP at 1am and dealt with mystery stock.

It all started with Aaron: now the COO of Eposability. → Originally a hotel GM, he saw what we were building and said: f*ck it, I want in.

Then Ali - originally a Mildreds GM. → She now heads up onboarding and CS. Our customers absolutely adore working with her.

A team of operators, not just techies, is so f*cking powerful:

• They have experience with the REAL challenges of running an operation
• They know the chaos…….the uncertainty……the CONSTANT need to adapt
• They bring genuine expertise (from the eyes of an operator) every day

And arguably the biggest indicator of a strong team is having more Hops users reach out to ask if we have any openings 😂

Most hospitality tech companies are hiring generic engineers + sales reps, but we get to tap into this pool of domain experts who have lived and breathed the problems we're solving.

The vision for Hops is to not just solve hospo problems:::::::: but to support the industry from the inside out - with passion and empathy.

So bring on 2026, I have no doubt that this team is going to absolutely crush it.
