Hops and Tenzo connect operational cost with performance

A point of sale tells an operator what sold. An inventory system explains what those sales consumed and what the stock cost. Performance becomes easier to understand when those views are connected.

The Hops and Tenzo integration combines Hops purchasing, inventory and finance data with the sales, labour and guest-feedback information held in Tenzo. Operators can compare cost of sales with actual sales, follow gross profit trends across sites and see a broader performance picture without manually reconciling separate reports.

Connected tools, not a forced replacement

The purpose of the integration is not to make an operator abandon systems that already work. It lets each product do its own job while moving useful data between them.

Hannah Al-khawaled Rodriguez, Partner Marketing and Events Manager at Tenzo, described the principle behind the partnership:

“We built this partnership around a simple idea: operators shouldn't have to choose between great tools and a connected view of their business. Tenzo and Hops together give hospitality teams both.”

At the time of the announcement, shared customers named in the post included Arcade, SushiDog, Granger & Co., Hagen and Perch.

See the full Hops integration directory, or book a demo to discuss how Hops could fit the systems your operation already uses. Custom connections remain subject to accessible APIs, usable data and technical feasibility.

This update consolidates two Hops and Tenzo posts published on 29 July 2026: the Hops announcement and Tenzo's post reshared by Hops.
