Millum procurement data can now connect with Hops

Millum, a procurement platform used by hospitality operators across the Nordic region, can now exchange relevant purchasing data with Hops.

Millum helps operators manage purchasing, suppliers and standardised ordering across multi-site businesses. Connecting that information to Hops reduces duplicate entry between procurement and inventory workflows and gives the operation a more consistent view of what was ordered and what is held.

The integration does not replace either product's role. Millum remains the procurement platform and Hops uses the connected data within the wider inventory and operational picture.

Where the connection helps

Procurement and inventory often describe the same transaction from different sides. The buying team needs supplier, order and pricing control. The venue team needs to receive the delivery and understand how it changes stock. Finance ultimately needs a reliable record of what was bought.

Passing the relevant information between Millum and Hops reduces the need to recreate that transaction in separate systems. It also gives teams a clearer route from an order into the inventory record that follows it.

The exact configuration depends on the customer's Millum and Hops setup. The useful outcome is consistent data moving between the two products, with each remaining responsible for its own workflow.

See the Hops integration directory for current named connections. If the system you use is not listed, ask about a connection. Custom work depends on accessible APIs, usable data and technical feasibility.
