Three questions operators should be able to answer before close

Operators do not need another report that arrives after the opportunity to act has passed. They need clear answers while the shift, delivery and people involved are still available.

Three questions repeatedly expose whether an operation has that visibility.

What was our GP yesterday?

A monthly profit and loss report tells you where the month finished. It does not help much when the issue happened yesterday.
